Increasing page views on your website should increase your revenue. For that reason alone, it’s a good idea to work on methods of improving your page views constantly. Since a visitor is already at your website, if you can convince her to click on more pages, you are improving your revenue stream.
Automate some of the process
One thing to do, if you can, is to automate a “related articles” feature on your website. Most blogs and forum software have the ability already built in. You can offer related articles automatically, and you can also custom create some in each post, in order to drive a visitor to an interior piece of content.
You can also highlight any of your “best articles” in your sidebar or sitewide navigation. A list of “hot articles” will get some of the people landing on single post view to click and explore on another article of interest.
These methods will take hardly any time to implement and should easily increase page views.

I’ve used this quite tip quite effectively on my site. I have a box in the right-hand column which is called ‘related links’ and another at the bottom of the page. The related links box can carry links to other articles on my site, other sites or affiliate links.
I’ve seen some fairly good click through rates, which translates into people staying longer on the site.
