Internet Traffic During Thanksgiving Week

It should be interesting to see what the traffic looks like this week. There is a huge holiday, of course, but it’s also reasonable to think people will be spending some of their free time surfing the web. The internet is now such an integral part of many people’s lives that it’s not hard to imagine them taking some time to surf, even on TurkeyDay.
I know there will be some sort of slow down, but that also means that we don’t have to work as hard this week either, so that’s a bonus. If you slow your pace and stay in-tune with the surfers, you’re bound to feel very good about the time off. Plus, how many people do you know who will actually make money on Thanksgiving? I can’t think of too many.
So the fact that you get paid 24 hours per day, every day of the year has to comfort you on days when your traffic and revenues might suffer a bit of a hit.
If the holidays bring your traffic and revenue numbers down, then you have to be content with averaging what you’ve done all month and the fact you get to spend time with loved ones.
I expect a big week, on all fronts. How about you?
