Creating your own original internet content can be rewarding. Google, and the other search engines, aren’t big fans of duplicate content, but they do love new and original content, especially if the content is ripe with keywords. Text heavy pages that are unique tend to rank very well. How much of a challenge is it to create original content?

Original content production

Production of original and unique web content requires the following measures:

1) Although you may reference other pages that exist, all of your expository text must be original.

2) If you’re talking about concepts that have been explained before, take the time to put you spin on them.

3) Be timely. One way to be unique is to be fresher and more comprehensive than everyone else.

4) Don’t be afraid to do research. Most people just spew opinions online, if you go more in-depth you can impress your readers.

The main key is just to do the work without overly referencing anyone else’s. Original content is paying very well these days, so it’s worth the effort to produce it.
