Currently, I see just way too many made for AdSense sites being made. At the current rate, the usable Internet will be gone within one year, replaced by a strain of inferior websites that are all designed with the same purpose in mind: fooling users to click on AdSense ads.

You have to be sure that Google is not only aware of the problem, but is intentionally ignoring it. The “scrapers” as they’re affectionately known, are just too ubiquitous to have gone un-noticed. That must indicate some sort of tacit approval.

For Google to have human engineers review all the sites in AdSense would be a trivial task. The number of sites in AdSense represents a small percentage of their whole index. They must not be concerned about quality. I fear this short term thinking will hurt them in the long run.
